Project Overview
Cold Jet consolidated multiple Cincinnati-area locations into a new global headquarters in Loveland, Ohio, bringing corporate offices, manufacturing, production, and customer-facing spaces together under one roof.
Office Furniture Source partnered with Cold Jet to furnish a wide range of environments throughout the facility, including collaboration spaces, conference rooms, dining areas, lounges, and public zones. The goal was to create a workplace that supported efficiency and growth while clearly expressing Cold Jet’s brand, culture, and commitment to innovation.
The Challenge
Cold Jet needed more than a functional headquarters. The new space had to unify teams that were previously spread across locations, support collaboration at scale, and create a strong first impression for customers visiting the facility.
The workplace also needed to balance precision and performance with warmth and approachability, reflecting Cold Jet’s technical expertise without feeling cold or industrial. Clear decision-making, coordination across stakeholders, and confidence in the final outcome were critical as the organization transitioned into its new space.
The OFS Approach

The finished headquarters brings Cold Jet’s brand to life in a cohesive, human way. A consistent design language connects collaboration areas, conference rooms, dining spaces, and public zones, creating a unified experience throughout the facility. Natural textures and greenery soften the space, supporting connection and comfort alongside performance.
