Project Overview

TechSolve was opening a new, full-floor office to support its growing team and create a space that reflected both its culture and mission. The scope included a welcoming reception area, workstations, private offices, and a variety of meeting spaces including a boardroom, lounge-style rooms, and a media-focused collaboration space.

From the start, the goal wasn’t just a modern office. It was to create a space where people felt welcome, comfortable collaborating, and proud to bring clients and partners.

The Challenge

While the timeline was flexible, expectations were not. TechSolve wanted a thoughtful balance of culture and function while staying within a reasonable budget. At the same time, industry-wide manufacturing and shipping delays threatened furniture availability and delivery schedules.

They also wanted to be deeply involved in the process, reviewing options, materials, and layouts in detail to ensure every decision felt right.

The Office Furniture Source Approach

Office Furniture Source leaned into a highly collaborative, consultative process. The team hosted multiple live design sessions and showroom visits, walking through options in real time and adjusting based on feedback. Transparency and open communication were central to every decision.

When manufacturing delays arose, we provided loaner furniture to keep the project moving without compromising the final vision. Rather than forcing a solution, the team worked alongside TechSolve to align ideas with what was realistically achievable.

“Our philosophy is simple: if the solution doesn’t reflect the client’s vision, it’s not the right solution,” shared Peter Ellington, Office Furniture Source President.

The Results

The project was completed over a three-month period and resulted in a functional, welcoming, and visually engaging workspace. The new office encourages collaboration, supports multiple work styles, and reflects TechSolve’s commitment to its people.

Employees enjoy coming into the office, and the space now serves as a powerful tool for attracting and retaining talent. Most importantly, TechSolve felt confident throughout the process and proud of the final outcome.
